Terms and Conditions

We provide digital educational content, including:

• online courses,

• training materials,

• videos, texts, exercises, and downloadable resources,
  made available through an online learning platform.

All content is delivered digitally. No physical goods are supplied.

The courses and digital content are delivered via a third-party e-learning platform operated by LearnWorlds.

• LearnWorlds provides the technical infrastructure enabling access to the courses.

• LearnWorlds is not a party to the contract between you and us.

• We are solely responsible for the content, pricing, refunds, and customer support related to the courses.

Use of the platform may also be subject to LearnWorlds’ own terms and policies.

To access the services, you must create a user account on the LearnWorlds platform.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information,

• keep your login credentials confidential,

• be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

A binding contract is concluded when:

• you place an order for a course,

• payment is successfully completed, and

• access to the course is granted via the platform.

Order confirmation is sent electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

• Prices are displayed before purchase and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location.

• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers integrated with LearnWorlds (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

• We do not store complete payment card details.

Access to the course is granted only after successful payment.

After purchase, you receive non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable access to the purchased digital content.

Unless otherwise stated on the course sales page:

• access is provided for the specified duration,

• access requires an active internet connection and a compatible device,

• temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

All course content made available via LearnWorlds, including videos, texts, graphics, logos, and recordings, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the content:

• for personal, non-commercial purposes only,

• solely through the LearnWorlds platform.

You may not:

• copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the content,

• record live sessions or platform content without permission,

• use the materials for commercial training or redistribution.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

Digital content exception:

By purchasing a course and accessing it immediately via the LearnWorlds platform, you expressly consent to the supply of digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once access has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

This consent is obtained during checkout.

Refunds are available only if:

• the right of withdrawal applies, and

• access to the digital content has not started.

Once access to the course has been granted, no refunds are provided, unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.

You agree not to:

• use the platform unlawfully or in violation of these Terms,

• interfere with platform security or functionality,

• share login credentials with third parties,

• upload or distribute harmful or infringing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

The courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Any decisions or actions taken based on the course content are your sole responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages,

• our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the course.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

LearnWorlds processes certain data as a data processor in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We may update these Terms at any time.
The current version will always be available on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
